Exclusive: OPPO A98 5G European Prices Leaked

Last month, we exclusively revealed the full specifications and renders of the OPPO A98 5G. The brand has recently launched the phone officially in Malaysia, and our report turned out to be accurate. The device is listed on OPPO’s Malaysian website for pre-order and will go on sale from May 19th.

After its debut in Malaysia, the device will soon launch in Europe. Ahead of its European launch, we have managed to obtain the renders and price of the OPPO A98 5G for Europe. Let us look at the price, specifications, and renders of the OPPO A98 5G.

OPPO A98 5G Price for Europe:

OPPO will launch the OPPO A98 5G in Europe with a single storage option of 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM. It will be available in Black and Blue color options and will cost EUR 449 in most European countries.

OPPO A98 5G design and specs will remain identical to its Asian version.

OPPO A98 5G features a 6.72″ LTPS LCD that supports 2400×1080 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate and 680nits of maximum brightness under sunlight.

The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor, which is paired with an Adreno 619 GPU, LPDDR4X RAM, and UFS 2.2 ROM. The phone also supports a memory card slot, as well as 8GB of software-based RAM expansion.

The phone features a triple camera setup at the back, consisting of a 64MP OmniVision OV64B Primary sensor, a 2MP GalaxyCore GC02M1B Mono sensor, and a 2MP GalaxyCore GC02M1 Macro sensor. It also comes equipped with a 32MP camera for taking selfies.

The OPPO A98 5G is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging over a USB Type-C port. The phone also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security and dual stereo speakers for an enhanced media consumption experience.

The phone runs on Android 13 with ColorOS 13.1 on top. Connectivity options include support for a 3.5mm headphone jack, Dual SIM, NFC, Wi-Fi 5, WLAN 5.8G, and Bluetooth v5.1.
